The ideal candidate will have with at least one year of previous experience in a bakery. You will be responsible baking fresh breads, pastries and other baked goods for the following day. It is the baker’s responsibility to ensure the quality of the goods being used is up to par and make note of when supplies are running low so that an order can be made. The baker is also responsible to monitor the production schedule to determine variant and quantity of product to produce. You must be able to lift up to 25 pounds, be able to withstand kitchen temperatures, prolonged standing and walking, and have good organizational skills. Candidate must be able to adhere to health and safety regulations, ability to meet strict deadlines.
